Rebecca Henson interviews Casey Young on the show today. Casey specializes in working with busy moms desiring weight loss and improvement in body composition. She helps her clients make changes to their diet and incorporate strength training so they can become more fit, lose weight, gain confidence, and have more energy for their families. Casey is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with over 16 years of experience in the health and nutrition field. She was inspired to start her private practice a year and a half ago after seeing so many women struggle with making sustainable lifestyle changes. Since then, she has helped dozens of her clients reach their health and fitness goals by providing guidance, support, and accountability. Casey is married and a mom of three active boys. She is a self-proclaimed fitness fanatic and enjoys running, biking, and strength training.
